Can the use of Flickr-like tools be adapted for medical education?

There are already more than 60 medical wikis, but where are the visual tools (ie Flickr) combined with a wiki?  Enter the visual dictionary: A user generated, visual dictionary with 4000 words and 7500 images (and counting).
